TEAM

Lilah Olechowski
DIRECTOR
Lilah is a graduate of Dalhousie University with a BA in Psychology. She has always loved working with children and families, with many years of experience designing and supporting inclusive programming in different settings and for a variety of needs.
Something good about Lilah!
"Something good about Lilah? There are far too many things to list but here are a few of my favourites! I always go out of my way to find and make opportunities to collaborate with Lilah. She is one the most naturally talented people I have ever worked with. When it comes to managing challenging behaviours with children, she is unmatched in both skill and compassion. Lilah has a grounding sense of calm about her while somehow also maintaining a fun-loving, improvisational and flexible style that makes anything she’s a part of engaging and enjoyable. Lilah is many things - she is artistic, thoughtful, patient, kind, bright and funny, but what always makes me want to work with her over and over again is her intuition and her instincts. Whether she’s working with a child who’s having a challenging moment, planning a workshop for professionals, or discussing a larger social issue, she always has her finger on the pulse of whatever she’s a part of and is always thinking critically about how she can make a positive impact." - Sydney

Sydney Holmes
DIRECTOR
Sydney is a graduate of the University of Windsor with a BA in Drama in Education and Community, a degree focused on using the creative arts in therapy, healthcare and education. Sydney has been designing and facilitating creative, inclusive programming for a decade.
Something good about Sydney!
"I first started working with Sydney 7 years ago and have learned so much from her over that time - about how to work with people, how to think outside the box, how to read the room, how to collaborate and problem-solve, and how to have fun. Any time I have the opportunity to work and collaborate with her, I know it’s going to be something special. She is incredibly gifted at creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable enough to be themselves. Not only that, but she is able to see the best in people and to provide them with what they need to bring that out. She has an amazing ability to match the energy of those she’s working with, allowing her to build rapport and trust with them quickly. That ability, coupled with her flexibility, her creativity, her quick-thinking, her empathy, her sense of humour, and her intuition make her the ultimate problem-solver, team member and facilitator. Sydney is always thinking about those around her, looking for the gaps in what already exists, and figuring out how to fill those gaps in a creative way." - Lilah
